243/366: Impromptu plyometrics

At the end of my interval session this morning I came to this wee gate at Auchinstarry. No matter the stage of a run I always jump over it, and back sometimes. No sure why anymore, I just do. Like all habits and traditions the genesis of this has been lost to the sands of time. If they ever sort the stoop on the gate I may cease this tradition all the same.
Today’s session was another fresh doozy prescribed by @Pyllon and a really taxing and enjoyable blast. The fact I got stung just under the eye in the middle of a four minute interval didn’t stop me cracking on!
