As the WHW race starts to come closer – or do I move nearer to it? – today was a long training run. I decided to do 6 loops of the ATRX course and was lucky to have @alanmaccuish, @destinney and Rob Soutar along to help with making the run tolerable. Lots of good climbing and information gleaned from today. A braw workout!
Information came in the guise of nutrition and gear with tops tested, shoes broken in and food enjoyed!
