1/366: Trail Running in the Kelvin Valley

In 2016 I aim to put a picture on Instagram and my blog daily. I see it and the accompanying words as a journal of my 40th year.

Today’s is from a run I did this morning with Davie Gow. An easy 15 miles around Croy, Kilsyth, Kelvin Valley and along the canal towpath. The trails around here are varied both in elevation and underfoot conditions. They are perfect for training on ahead my 2016 running goals.

The hills in the background are the Campsies and this picture was taken by Davie and was not posed for. Honest.
